Our Beliefs
What We Believe
As A Church
We are Pentecostal. These Biblical convictions
express our faith as a church.
“Hold firmly to the word of life…”
Philippians 2:16
The Deity Of God
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, his virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, atoning sacrifice and death on the cross, bodily resurrection, glorious ascension to the right hand of God the Father, and future return to this earth in power and glory.
1 John 5:7
The Rapture Of The Church And His Return
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; 1 Corinthians 15:51-52
Salvation
The only way to be cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ shed on the cross of Calvary. Regeneration through the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for the salvation of the soul.
Romans 5:1; Ephesians 2:8-9; John 3:5-8; Titus 3:5
We Believe in Speaking in Tongues
We believe in baptism in the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, and that it is given to all believers who ask for it in faith.
Acts 2:4; Acts 10:44-46; Mark 16:17
Water Baptism In The Name Of The Father, The Son And The Holy Spirit
Matthew 28:19; Mark 16:16
The Resurrection
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: some will stand before God for eternal life and others for everlasting condemnation.
Revelation 20:5-6, 11-15
